Katelyn Hillyer, shooting guard, dribbles past her Northwest opponent at the girls varsity basketball game, Feb. 2. “We are all super close,” Hillyer said. “The seniors are so good about keeping everyone included. Everyone loves everyone, which makes for a lot of fun at games and practice. The closeness helps in games because we are able to communicate better. The game went well. We played as a team and were able to finish with a win. We definitely made some mistakes, but we pulled it out as a team. I have some of the most amazing teammates, and I think that's how we have been having such great success.” The Wildcats won, 61 to 41.
